We should never forget that Freudian philosophising and feminist catcalling breeds filth and, worse again, idleness, sloth and parasitism at all levels of society, particularly at the level of the medical and nursing professions.

Doctors should carry out their work for free and be paid a ''comfort' wage,a grace-and-favour allowance alone. Most of them are entirely unsuited for anything other than shovelling dung in an outhouse for an obstreperous young lady-calf.
