I believe that caffeine can keep Alzheimer's under control and limit the similarly  disastrous effects of unipolar depression. However, the fact for consumers of these soft drinks remains that they are sold as essentially pick-me-up beverages. I think in particular of sodium benzoate extracted from molasses and castors,one set of these plants grown for animal nutrition by early Scottish settlers. It is symptomatic of science gone mad that firms are putting the extracts of animal food products up for sale to humans as hidden laxative beverages. My dear sirs,that is one of the hidden marketing ploys of modern industry. What sodium benzoate is designed to emulate is egg boast.  I conclude that ingredient labelling is less than fulsome. Forty years of...

 ...close contact and wise experience of doctors has taught me that most of them are pretentious bores, self-serving fools and impossible to listen to when drunk.  Lawyers  are always on their guard against these fools,muck-rakers and dung- spreaders.  Social workers and politicians are even bigger headcases and liars than doctors. Most normal people shun the company of doctors and social workers. The police  are vociferous bullies in public and private life and a professional nuisance.

Choose carefully when choosing a doctor or surgeon (or any sort of specialist), North or South in Ireland

The Golden Rule:Choose an old and experienced doctor who has dealt with a wide range of problems successfully and not a young spiv out to change the world and set it to rights.  Private medicine  Avoid hospital doctors unless they are specialists who your GP has advised you to see such as an Ear,Nose and Throat specialist or a Radiographer.  Never be taken in by an insolent gobsh... such as a doctor who insults and degrades Queen's graduates unless the matter relates to haematology or a very serious matter requiring urgent attention and always refer yourself to a doctor,not a nurse. Most nurses are talking nonsense and sowing mischief to nobody's benefit except their own. Ask to see a Senior Registrar in delirium exigendi unless the doctor inspires some confidence. You will know yourself the difference between a good and bad doctor very quickly. Serious cause for concern-state medicine in the Six Counties

Doctors' habitual alcoholism and abuse of morphine and cocaine and prescription anxiolytics in Northern Ireland cause myself and many of their more sentient victims profound suffering. PSYCHIATRY AND SOCIALISM (1998) Today there are divisions in the working class movement on psychology and the natural sciences. Some allow psychiatrists to join the workers movement on the basis that they are medical workers. In the 1860's Marx encountered the first attempts to link psychology and the natural sciences. He described this link as ' amorphous' and wrong.  In the 1920's Bleuler, an Austrian, linked schizophrenia to an imbalance in the brain's chemicals.  Since then scientists have pursued the Holy Grail of the chemical imbalance.  The origin of Bleuler's prognosis was dementia praecox, a disease of the brain linked with the third stage of syphilis. A Note on a State Functionary Dr. Diana Day - Cody has featured in our little bulletin in her capacity as a consultant psychiatrist at the Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital. When not trying to enlist the support of trade unionists for her crimes, she takes to the streets of Enniskillen to stalk her prey in the company of Constable Ian Gillespie of our unreformable police. Perhaps her ministrations and those of Gillespie would be better directed at Wills, Morrow, Miller, Southam and Taggart who broke the windows of socialists in Ferney Rise between 1992 and 1995. Psychiatry in Fermanagh

PSYCHIATRY IN FERMANAGH In our first article "Psychiatry and Socialism" we established that psychiatry has no basis in the natural sciences. Now we will look at psychiatrists in action in one rural area in Ireland, Fermanagh.  The psychiatrists in charge of the case-lists in Fermanagh are Dr Diana Day-Cody and Dr Patrick Manley who are both consultants at the Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital in Omagh. Since her arrival on the scene in July 1992, Dr Day-Cody has left a trail of death and destruction through Fermanagh. Sixteen of her patients have died through suicide, heart attacks and avoidable incidents. Her policy of stigmatisation of the anxious and depressed has carved a bloody path. Manley is her understudy and works in a lock-up ward at the T&F. Day-Cody, in this writer's experience, suffers from the same delusions that she is paid to discover in her clientele.
