Why the violence by psychiatric hospital 'keepers'? Its roots in contemporary political and economic developments

Hospital violence is caused by the influence of police gangs working under the rubric of the 'primacy of policing' and spurred by the  breakdown of the working life and smallholding.That is something which we have had to endure in Northern Ireland since the British pro-consul in the North,Roy Mason,launched his 'Ulsterisation' policy in 1977-78 . 

Blair's '1984' Kitson state is a continuation of British dictation to us all,Protestant and Catholic alike.The policy of criminalisation was replaced by the policy of stigmatisation because of the decline in IRA attrition in 1984-5. That decline was temporary only,as the IRA caught its second breath and took its second pressure on the trigger.

Germany is a country with an enduring crisis of authority,too,and the psychiatric contagion has spread to France.

Modern societies are mired in a profound crisis of capital flight,deindustrialization and deskilling,a process of economic dotage that became apparent in Britain in May 1980 and in Germany in April 1985. Germany's decline was the product of Kohl's hostility to rapprochement with Russia.

More to the point,the solution?

Civil rights,taxation on the externally-held profits of domestic monopolies,cheap credits for industry and the revival of export credit guarantee schemes and a more enlightened policy on policing dissent. From Ireland's standpoint,our economic prospects for future industrial development lies in the mitigation of the bitter legacy of Kohl and Chirac's dirigisme in the European Union.

In my stays in psychiatric hospital,the most violent orderlies were Enda Mc Crory who was connected to the British Army and GAA and Aidan Rogers was connected to the police and Gardai in Gweedore. Gerry Mc Callan was connected to the FBI having lived in Quantico,Florida and Coalisland.

A female medical psychopath and a clear case of a classic disorder namely paranoid schizophrenia

"Nobody gets out of here alive". Hospital brutality....politics and psychiatry... the long-term effects of hospital imprisonment....a programme for change....

Those who have worked in psychiatric hospitals for long periods are strong advocates of humanist knowledge and support and vouchsafe for the good offices of almost every practising doctor,but why is this? It is because of very painful memories of unnecessary suffering or death by suicide of family members. Many practising intendants know of instances where any form of confinement would have have prevented death at the hands of murderers and the criminal classes.
