However,is a doctor not justified in sending someone to the psychiatric hospital closest to the patient's place of residence if there is evidence of poisoning by police agents working in conjunction with the US Consulate in Belfast?

If a parabola of sound and noise is masking the senses, a doctor would be correct in concluding that a local clinic suffices after mercury or cocaine or opium has been evacuated from the stomach, gastric tract or bowel.
