 The serious health risks posed by genetically modified starch and seeds grown in Israel,Spain,Italy,Brazil and America by Monsanto and plastics in the food chain particularly Irish Sea prawns and fish snared in the German Bite is a reflection of ongoing pollution and environmental degradation ...so bad has the problem become with toxic waste dumping in Ghana, Malaysia and China that the learned churchman,Pope Francis, has written Laudabiliter Si on measures to prevent further pollution and harm to the natural environment ..there is no point however voting for quasi-fascist parties like Fine Gael or Sinn Fein to put the mess to rights,much better to vote for a party like Fianna Fail and a Big Government Party like Labour but never Sinn Fein. They cut themselves adrift from reality in 2018. Voter's,honour the promise we made to ourselves in 1916 to cherish all the children of the nation equally and serve our country's best interests...

That means less pollution,less consumerism and a lot less materialism for all of us in our shining cars and glossy clothes..

For the Irish Government it means planting deciduous trees i.e. broadleaf,restoring land and forests poisoned by over-exploitation, nitrate- and phosphate-based farming and the poisoning of non-agricultural land by state afforestation with non-native species for easily-crafted and -worked wood..

Care for your land and treat it like a woman and it will give you no trouble,to paraphrase my father to Padraig Murphy,Inishmore on care for a chainsaw...
