What or who is a female psychopath?

 A woman who is morally insane ("geistlich gestort") or someone such as an abortionist or a woman who believes in "free love". She is a witch in other words.

We think of syphillitic monsters such as Cody, Cunningham, Campbell,Heal and Patterson and similar female lunatics with stethoscopes around the neck when they should be bound in chains.
