 As my mother often said about our wretched country,"All the one sow's pigs,if you ask me". 

The same goes for any professional person.

The source of meddlesome  arguments and contrived diagnoses of mental illness?

That's something you can't say about a young person apart from a gambler or drinker because many young people do not have a care in the world.
