 The unwritten laws of the spheres of public  life of the title are guided by the aptitude to ridicule an opponent or someone the writer of song,drama, poetry and verse has met or learned of. This is carried on in a skittish fashion. 

That comes after "building him up for a fall". Half praise,half mockery. 

Behind these thespian games of the "hook or the ovation" are clever and cynical people in MI 5/BBC in Northern Ireland. 

All have a political 'cover'. 

I refer to people such as Brian Mc Cartney and Linda -Kowalski ('Patricia Sharkey') and Ron Keegan-Kovac and Quinn,O Connor,Orr, Murphy, Daly,Fox,Blake,Burns and Downey.

In addition,there is the complement from the Department of the Taoiseach and Detective Gardai on hand (when they are not engaged in evictions of journalists in the Banana Republic down South).

One example,1983 

A breed of heroes,as in the pulp fiction novella of the  same name which was aimed at English soldiers about to be sent to the North of Ireland in 1983. This novel was a pre-sentiment of things to come for myself and others. (The 'Death-defying Hussey' character was in fact a psychiatric nurse).

The composite of five or six individuals who were the targets of the author's ire had come to police attention (as the journalistic phrase would have it).

To resolve the conflict between wisdom and its eternal opponents of suspicion and prejudice which defeat it on every occasion,can it not be rejoindered,

It is what the the Italians call la commedia dell'arte,what the French call la Comedie Francaise or the Germans call Die Spiel. 

In Ireland after Yeats,it is more properly known as mime theatre ('noh') and occult  intelligence.

The Italians refer to the activities of the grisettes (Lenin) as il promennagio and the bigger picture involving cut-throats ('lazzaroni',Marx) as gli giocci d'Italia or attrizione con tutti i modi.

In his endorsement of hollow mockery, street contrivance,public nuisance and information control,Clinton created new polarities in the post-socialist world. His games and American politicians silly views are like their social control mechanisms the product of mental contortions.

Clinton 

Another deadly facet of the Beefburger Phenomenon was the dictum of Clinton, "Three strikes and you're out!"

Directed at trade unionists was the order to sack those who had had to withdraw their labour because of the ever-expanding rate of capital accumulation. It was also motivated by a desire to have resonance to the ailing and straggler caught up in his Svengali creation of the Western police-dominated state.

'There strikes and you're out ' is a lesson in hard knocks authored by that Anglo-Saxon 'genius' for those beaten down into the world of the police-medical occult. That is a world of illegal arrest, arbitrary detention and brutalisation by infusion of psychoactive medication.

What this American imperialist was saying was,"A tricyclic anti-depressant and anti-psychotic works automatically to induce narcolepsy and sleep three times in succession."

Hitlerism,in other words.
