 The unwritten laws of the spheres of public  life of the title are to aim to ridicule an opponent or someone you have met or learned of in a skittish fashion. That comes after "building him up for a fall". Half praise,half mockery. Behind these thespian games of the "hook or the ovation" are clever and cynical people in MI 5 in Northern Ireland. All of them have a political 'cover'. I refer to people such as Brian Mc Cartney and Linda -Patricia Sharkey-Kowalski and Ron Keegan-Kovac and Quinn,O Connor,Orr, Murphy,Daly,Fox,Blake and Burns and Downey.

 There is also the Department of the Taoiseach and armed Gardai on hand when they are not engaged in evictions of journalists in the Banana Republic down South.

One example 

A breed of heroes,as in the pulp fiction novella of the  same name aimed at bored English soldiers about to be sent to the North of Ireland in 1983 was a pre-sentiment of things to come for myself and others. The 'Death-defying Hussey' was in fact a psychiatric nurse.

The composite of five or six individuals who were the targets of the author's ire had come to police attention as the journalistic phrase would have it.

More,yet more, variations on a theme embrace the endless cycle of storytelling, myth making, half-truths and arrant literary nonsense and military make-believe...

While there is and is not inspiration and innuendo according to your taste,is it not true that everything apart from Space and Father Time has a place and point of origin?

Sequential reasoning

The constant theme of the artistic newcomer,'the new kid on the block' is to mimic or 'reference' someone who is an opposite or belonging to a different category, group or class.

This is what Irish nationalists call coat-trailing. In the Irish Army this self-referencing parody is referred to as 'nos'. It is what the the Italians call la commedia dell'arte,what the French call la Comedie Francaise or the Germans call Die Spiel. In Ireland after Japan,it is more properly known as mime theatre ('noh'). 

The Italians refer to the activities of the grisettes (Lenin) as il promennagio and the bigger picture involving cut-throats ('lazzaroni' Marx) as gli giocci d'Italia or attrizione con tutti i modi.

In his endorsement of hollow mockery, street contrivance,public nuisance and information control Clinton created new polarities in the post-socialist world. His and American politicians silly views are like their social control mechanisms the product of mental contortion. The fascist emblemature distorts democratic dialogue.

Doctors and journalists. "Stop inflaming passions with false, unscientific concepts and arcane reasoning and act your age,not your shoe size."

Writers,authors and broadcasters."Deal with real issues not fantasists' pictographs drawn on the back of a piece of paper such as an old envelope!

Another more deadly facet of the Beefburger Phenomenon was the dictum of Clinton,"Three strikes and you're out!"

Directed at trade unionists and an order to sack those who had had to withdraw their labour because of the ever-expanding rate of capital accumulation,it was also to have resonance for the ailing and straggler caught up in his Svengali creation of the Western police states.

'There strikes and you're out ' is a moral for those bayonet down into the world of the police-medical occult of psychoactive medication.

What this American imperialist was saying was,"A tricyclic anti-depressant and anti-psychotic works automatically to induce narcolepsy and sleep three times in succession."
