Rehabilitative care workers? The question of fair remuneration

 Rehabilitative services should be organised separately from the health service and not be associated with gangsters with stethoscopes around their necks but rather have pay grades linked to senior social workers and experienced teachers.

It is time to ignore consultants' constant carping and critical cajoling.

Let us treat doctors and teachers equitably by all means but firstly pull down this hierarchy of needs and pay. In current terms for the tax year 2022-2023,a pay rise of 19% for lower nursing graded health staff . Let us consider ancillary services pay claims sympathetically.

Time to narrow income differentials and increase consideration given to social equity. Tell militant 'millies' in nursing management and doctors to get lost.

A hand-up,not a handout for nursing auxiliaries and rehabilitative staff. 

An end to pay inequality funded by the taxpayer.

A female medical psychopath and a clear case of a classic disorder namely paranoid schizophrenia

Those who have worked in psychiatric hospitals for long periods are strong advocates of humanist knowledge and support and vouchsafe for the good offices of almost every practising doctor,but why is this?
